I work with organizations and individuals to realize their potential and align their values in the areas of career transition, professional development and leadership skills. Using principles developed at the Stanford Design Lab, I employ creativity, experiential learning and collaboration to solve problems and gain traction.

Rather than attempting to shape organizational culture from the top down, we begin by using design theory to understand an employee’s experience in the workplace. Tackling issues like work/life balance, communication, equity and inclusion, employee engagement and retention lead to creating positive and productive workplaces.

Design theory also works well with individuals. It enables us to identify fresh and practical solutions to problems related to life and work, so we can achieve smooth and successful transitions. 

Program formats include workshops, individual coaching, retreats and classes.
