Using the Stanford Design Lab's theories and exercises we will engage in coaching sessions designed to bring creativity into making decisions about your Lifework.
· Assess four aspects of your life; work, play, love and health
· Explore creative ways to be more balanced in these areas
· Define your “workview” and your “lifeview”
· Create a compass that will show you your “true north"
In the three one-hour coaching sessions we co-create specific action steps to get traction and help you move forward. Sessions can be in person (downtown Portland) or by phone or Zoom. Workbook included.
