Designing Your Life Private Coaching

 Are you feeling stuck? Would you like some individualized support as you navigate your transition? Do you seek a compassionate listener, someone who will appreciate your unique journey and situation?

 Using the Stanford Design Lab's theories and exercises, our coaching sessions will be a creative and engaging way to help you make decisions about your “Lifework.”

 In our time together, we will:

  • Assess four aspects of your life: work, play, love and health.

  • Explore creative ways to be more balanced in these areas.    

  • Define your “workview” and your “lifeview.”     

  • Create a compass that will show you your “true north.”

  • Develop specific action steps to gain traction and help you move forward.

 Format: Three, one-hour coaching sessions. Includes workbook. Sessions can be in person (downtown Portland), by phone or with Zoom.
